This is a tourist view of Mt Bromo at east Java.
If you have been there once, you must recognize this view.
I took this shot at 6 pm, right after sunrise.
I used Kodak Elitechrome 100 extra color. This slide is very warm, but i like its color reproduction. This is pure from my slide. Only minor correction process (scanning, resizing, contrast and sharpening) at Photoshop.

I like this version as well. The softer light lets you see subtler detail in the wrinkled landscape. This time the foreground volcano is smoking. Interesting. :O_o: This must be a very active volcanic area. Yet again, you've got another awe-inspiring capture here! :)

Very bleak. And yet, it's quite beautiful in its own way. Maybe it's just because I love volcanoes, but this really catches my fancy. The pastel highlights are quite lovely too.

Already a surreal landscape of uncertainty and apparent danger to human life...and then thrown into glowing pastels which only make it seems more alien. Beautifully done, the timing really couldn't be better.

Wonderful colours! A quite anguishing landscape. You made a very nice picture and I like the composition with the shrub in foreground. I think it gives the view a touch of reality and relief in such a fantastic scene.

Amazing landscape!

What I like:
1. The composition (I love that tree in the foreground)
2. Colors
3. Landscape itself ;)

What I dislike:
1. I think you've sharpend a little bit too much
2. I suppose that because of sharpening the picture is a little bit noisy but I know that on slide it is invisible so it's not a defect.

Another great shot from Your collection! Well done, my friend!
:+fav: almost as usually :D

Wow, thanks for your input.
Yes i think i've sharpened it too much. I'm using flatbed scanner, almost every frame that scanned is very soft. Compare to nikon coolscan my scanner is very bad :( i must use high amount of USM to make it sharp.
Thanks again for your comment m8 !
